If you have warranty questions outside of USA, check the warranty enclosed with the product for the name of the local distributor and/or customer service number. If the information is unavailable, please email customerservice@lentek.com.

This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to abuse or failure to operate the product in accordance with instructions and the recommended electrical current. This warranty applies only to units sold in the United States of America.

If manufacture defect occurs, please email customer service requesting a return authorization number. You may also call 800-288-0640 or (562) 229-3113.

Once you receive your RA number, securely pack the entire unit with original proof of purchase or dealer receipt. Be sure carton clearly identifies sender by name and address. Include a letter or card describing defect. Mail prepaid via insured parcel to:
